As determined in the informative note 1/2020 of the General Subdirectorate of Work Authorizations, in Catalonia, it is SUPPRESSED the work rate that had to be paid in the processing of work authorizations, or residence and work authorizations presented before the Generalitat de Catalunya.
The requirements to be EXEMPT from paying said fee are that:
- The person who is obligated to pay you (usually the employer) be a natural person.
- That you have an income of less than 30,000 euros per year.
So how should I prove it?
- The responsible statement must be signed instead of attaching proof of payment of the fee.
